My name is Rachelle (pronounced Rachel) and I’m a junior studying Environmental Engineering at Brown. I love anything crafty, like painting, embroidery, and graphic design, and I’ve recently taken up cooking (badly)! At home, I have two super fat cats named Gypsy and Beebi and an unnamed turtle. My hometown is Palo Alto, CA, and I currently live in Colorado Springs, CO, training in figure skating for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. I was a 2018 Olympian and 2019 world bronze medalist. I'm super excited to be a part of China Care Brown, as it's an extracurricular activity that helps me give back to the community which will host the next Olympics. In my spare time, I love hiking, looking at kitties on the internet (I'm allergic), and writing poetry.

I'm a sophomore from Buffalo, NY, concentrating in Political Science and Health & Human Biology. I'm new to China Care this year and am excited to be a member of the fundraising committee. Outside of China Care, I'm a classically trained vocalist who can always be found singing, stress-baking, or rewatching John Mulaney's comedy specials. I'm thrilled to be able to work with the China Care community and can't wait to see what we accomplish this year!
